Palm

Palm Oil, RBD

Description: Refined, bleached, and deodorized palm oil.  Palm oil is a natural source of palmitic fatty acids.

Ingredient:  Palm Oil, Kosher
Nutritional information available upon request.

Applications:  Various food ingredient applications, such as margarine, infant formulas, and bakery shortenings.  Especially suited for deep-frying applications: Ramen-noodle, and doughnuts.  Palm oil is the most widely consumed edible oil in the world.  Non food applications include bio-fuel/diesel source, and soapmaking ingredient.

Color, Lovibond 35 yellow, 3.5 red max.
FFA 0.05% max.
Iodine Value 50-55
Melting Point 100-108°F

Palm Oil, H

Description: Refined, bleached, hydrogenated (lightly), and deodorized palm oil.  Palm oil is a natural source of palmitic fatty acids.

This version is lightly hydrogenated to stabilize the oil for longer frying life and shelf life.

Ingredient:  Partially Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Kosher.
Nutritional information available upon request.

Applications:  Various food ingredient applications.  Especially suited for deep- frying applications: Ramen-noodles, and doughnuts. Palm oil is the most widely consumed edible oil in the world.

Palm APS 110 and 115

Description: Refined, bleached, and deodorized palm oil shortening. Palm All Purpose Shortening (APS) is formulated utilizing Non-GMO materials of palm and palm oil fractions, and is a natural source of palmitic fatty acid. Our Palm APS provides a Non-Hydrogenated, Low (No) Trans-Fatty Acid alternative to partially hydrogenated shortenings. Custom formulations can be developed.

Ingredient: Palm oil, Kosher.
Nutritional information is available upon request.
Product can be formulated with additives, per customer request.

Applications: Formulated for bakery applications, such as cookies, cakes, biscuits, crackers, pie crusts, and doughnuts. Also suited for cream filling of cookies, and cake icing formulas.

Description: Refined, bleached, and deodorized palm olein oil. Palm olein oil is a natural source of palmitic fatty acids. Palm Olein is a palm oil soft fraction, which provides a Non-Hydrogenated, Non-GMO, and a Low (No) Trans-Fatty Acid alternative to partially hydrogenated shortenings.

Ingredient: Palm Olein Oil, Kosher.

Product can be formulated with additives per customer request.

Applications: Various food ingredient applications, such as margarine, infant formulas, spray-dried non-dairy products, and bakery shortenings. It is especially suited for deep-frying applications.
