Coconut Oil: Cobee 76Description: Refined, bleached, and deodorized coconut oil. Considered to be a “solid fat” with melting properties near room temperatures. It is water-like in appearance when melted, one of the cleanest tasting, and naturally stable vegetable oils. Ingredient: Coconut Oil, Kosher. Applications: Widely used in confectionery applications as a center fat, ice cream bar coating fat, frozen whipped toppings, coffee whiteners, roasting oil for nut meats. It is also excellent as a frying oil for tacos, tostadas, Tempura, and similar type applications. Coconut oil is the most widely used oil for popping popcorn at the theater, and in production of pre-popped corn or pre-packaged popcorn/oil/seasoning packets. Also commonly used in infant formulas by leading companies in the USA. Non food applications include personal care product ingredients, lauric fatty acid products, and soapmaking ingredient.
